Attached is a utility for decrypting the encrypted config files.

Does anyone have a copy of that file, or know where I can find it? The link
no longer works.

If I could decrypt the config file that my ATA is downloading, the settings
within should allow me to use my VoIP line with modern SIP equipment instead
of the (inferior) Grandstream ATA that my provider sent me. The utility
linked above, or even just a more specific description of how to reconstruct
the encryption key using the data I already have, would be very helpful
here.
